Emma Roberts quietly sells to Sarah Paulson in Hollywood Hills West
“Scream Queens” star Emma Roberts has sold her home in Hollywood Hills West to actress Sarah Paulson for $1.65 million in a deal completed off-market.
The single-story home, built on a flat lot overlooking the Kirkwood Bowl, was recently renovated and has warm yet minimalist vibe.
Among details of note are custom oak finishes, skylights and bi-folding doors. Walls awash in light gray concrete lend an raw note to the exterior.
A living room, a media room, three bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms are within more than 2,100 square feet of open-plan living space. The modern kitchen, complete with Calacatta gold countertops and a small island, opens to a dining area with a wall fireplace.
An attached two-room guest house features flooring reclaimed from a French chateau.
Roberts, the daughter of actor Eric Roberts and niece of actress Julia Roberts, gained fame on the Nickelodeon series “Unfabulous.” The 25-year-old has film credits that include “Scream 4” (2011), “We’re the Millers” (2013) and “Nerve” (2016).
Paulson, 41, won an Emmy this year for her role as Marcia Clark in the FX true crime series “The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story.” Among her other credits is the series “Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip,” “Jack & Jill” and the Oscar-winning film “12 Years a Slave.”
