Terry Fator, the ventriloquist, comedian and impressionist who won the second season of “America’s Got Talent,” has sold his home in Las Vegas for $1.775 million.

The roughly two-acre estate, found down the street from a mansion once owned by singer-entertainer Wayne Newton, came to market earlier this year for about $2 million. Property records show Fator bought the house furnished in 2012 from billionaire and Treasure Island Hotel and Casino owner Phil Ruffin in 2012 for $1.481 million.

Tucked behind wrought iron gates, the 7,515-square-foot house features a step-down living room, a formal dining room with a mirrored ceiling, a center-island kitchen, an office/den and a media room. The master suite — one of four bedrooms and five bathrooms — has a sitting area and a soaking tub reached by a series of illuminated glass-tile steps.

Outdoors, there’s a swimming pool and spa, a built-in barbecue and a putting green. A 1,200-square-foot guest house sits across from the pool. Mature palms and landscaping complete the setting.

Frank Napoli II of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties was the listing agent. Greg Ferrante of Las Vegas Pro Realty represented the buyer.

The 51-year-old Fator can do more than 100 ventriloquial impersonations and uses as many as 16 puppets in his act. His contract with the Mirage runs through 2021 after he agreed to a multimillion-dollar extension earlier this year.
