New Lakers center Roy Hibbert puts his Indiana mansion up for sale

New Lakers big man Roy Hibbert is looking to say goodbye to an old address.

Dealt by the Pacers to the Lakers in July, Hibbert on Monday put his mansion-estate in Carmel, Ind., on the market for $2.65 million.

Built for former Indiana University and professional basketball player Alan Henderson, the two-story home in a gated community has 20 rooms, five fireplaces and an elevator in more than 11,200 square feet of space.

Among features is a custom home theater, a game room, a lounge with a wet bar and a chef’s kitchen with dual islands. Vaulted ceilings and double-height wood floors highlight the formal living areas.

The master suite, one of six bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, sports his and hers bathrooms and closets, a large soaking tub and a rain shower.

Outdoors, landscaped grounds of about two acres center on an infinity-edge swimming pool and spa. A screened terrace, an outdoor kitchen and a four-car garage complete the setting.

Hibbert, 28, was an all-star with the Pacers in 2012 and 2014, but fell out of favor with the team last year. The 7-foot-2 big man waived a $2.2-million trade bonus to join L.A., who sent a future second-rounder to Indiana.

Hibbert bought the house from Henderson in 2012, the same year he signed a four-year, $58-million extension with the Pacers, for $2.65 million, records show.
