Comic actor Bill Engvall catches a buyer for his blue-colored house in Manhattan Beach
Comedian and actor Bill Engvall, the one-time Blue Collar Comedy troupe member, sold a house in Manhattan Beach for $5.2 million.
The Cape Cod-inspired house, which happens to have a blue exterior, was custom-built in 2005 and features an open floor plan, a theater and game room with a built-in bar, six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
There are 6,065 square feet of living space in two stories. Fireplaces grace the dining, family and living rooms and master bedroom. The three-car garage is equipped for electric cars.
The outdoor areas, designed for entertaining, include a fire pit, a dining area, a built-in bar and barbecue, a spa and a waterfall.
Engvall, 58, starred in this summer’s sport film “Catching Faith” and was in Syfy’s “Sharknado 3: Oh Hell No!” He was in the series “Bounty Hunters” (2013) and had the sitcom “The Bill Engvall Show” from 2007 to 2009.
