PGA’s Rickie Fowler tees up his Florida home for sale at $2.85 million
Professional golfer Rickie Fowler, who is currently taking part in the Ryder Cup as a member of Team USA, has put his waterfront home in Jupiter, Fla., on the market for $2.85 million.
Set at the end of a cul-de-sac within a gated enclave, the two-story home sits on more than half an acre of waterfront with a swimming pool, a large deck and a dock with two lifts. Walls of windows overlook 123 feet of frontage along the Loxahatchee River.
The interior, with more than 4,600 square feet of space, has a clean, minimalist vibe with crisp white walls, polished concrete floors and raised ceilings. A modern chandelier tops the breakfast area.
Other living spaces include a living room with a fireplace, a chef’s kitchen with an oversized island, a great room and a den. Four bedrooms and five bedrooms include an upgraded master suite complete with a custom walk-in closet and a lavish bath.
Fowler bought the house six years ago for $1.6 million, records show.
Jeremy Browne of Hughes Realty Group holds the listing.
Fowler, a native of Murrieta, Calif., has three wins on the PGA Tour since turning pro in 2009. This year, the 27-year-old has earned approximately $25.8 million on tour for his career.
He is reportedly in contract to buy another home in Jupiter — a $14-million spread with its own golf green, according to Gossip Extra.
