Television and film actress Rachael Leigh Cook has sold her Hollywood Hills West home of nearly two decades for $3.064 million.

Tucked behind walls and gates, the compound known as Vila das Flores centers on a traditional-style house that was built in the 1930s. An attached guesthouse accompanies the main residence.

Inside, the 3,050-square-foot interior space includes a formal entry, living and dining rooms, a den/study and an updated kitchen. Pastel hues, crisp white wainscoting and a pair of brick fireplaces give the house a classic, softened ambiance.

A total of four bedrooms includes a master suite with a walk-in closet and a clawfoot soaking tub. A balcony sits off the master bedroom and overlooks the grounds.

Various gardens, fountains, patios and a blue-tiled spa fill the backyard. A two-car garage sits off the entrance to the home.

Cook bought the house in 1999 for $1.075 million, records show.

Patrick Martin of Sotheby’s International Realty was the listing agent. Jacqui Bell of Gibson International represented the buyer.

The 37-year-old Cook gained fame for her roles in such films as “She’s All That” (1999) and “Josie and the Pussycats” (2001). Her television credits include the series “Perception,” “Robot Chicken” and “Psych.”

She has a lead role in an upcoming modern-day film adaptation of “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” written and directed by Casey Wilder Mott.
