Actor Hunter Parrish parts with his Midcentury Modern in Sherman Oaks
Actor and singer Hunter Parrish, of the series “Good Girls Revolt,” has sold a Sherman Oaks home for $1.855 million. The Midcentury Modern showplace incorporates industrial-style design elements and walls of glass that seem to bring the outdoor scenery inside.
The casual living and dining area has a brick fireplace and takes in views of the yard, patios, gardens and swimming pool. Some 2,100 square feet of living space features high ceilings and skylights.
Among kitchen details are walnut cabinetry, a bar, a wine cooler, a double oven/range and stainless-steel appliances. The en suite master bedroom includes a fireplace. There are three bedrooms plus a den.
The half-acre flat lot is accessed through a gated courtyard entry.
Parrish, 29, was in the television show “Weeds” (2005-12) and appeared on Broadway in “Godspell” and “Spring Awakening.” Last year he was in the series “Hand of God” and “The Following” as well as the film “A Rising Tide.”
Barry Dantagnan of Coldwell Banker was the listing agent. Sue Bromiley, also with Coldwell Banker, represented the buyer.
