Former Raider Joselio Hanson lists his loaded Calabasas estate for $4 million
Local football product Joselio Hanson, who played 10 seasons in the NFL, has put his home behind gates in Calabasas on the market for about $4 million.
Sited on more than an acre of grounds, the Mediterranean-style home is amped up with such amenities as an indoor golf simulator, a basketball half-court and a putting green. A custom swimming pool features a raised spa, a waterfall and a water slide that extends up the hillside.
Within nearly 6,200 square feet of interior space is a grand foyer with a spiral staircase, a center-island kitchen, a billiards room and a home theater. The master suite has a fireplace and two walk-in closets for a total of six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

Hanson, 35, has ties to Southern California, having starred at St. Bernard High School in Playa Del Rey prior to attending Texas Tech. The defensive back signed with San Francisco as an undrafted free agent in 2003 and played eight seasons for the 49ers, Philadelphia Eagles and Oakland Raiders.
He bought the house seven years ago for $1.91 million, records show.
