Thomas Middleditch of ‘Silicon Valley’ lands a fixer in Hollywood Hills
Thomas Middleditch, who stars in “Silicon Valley,” has bought a Hollywood Hills house for $849,000.
The split-level California bungalow was built in 1920 and sits on a sloped lot with mature trees in the Beachwood Canyon area. The 1,662-square-foot house has beamed ceilings in the family room, a bank of skylights in the kitchen, an office, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. A wood deck extends the living space outdoors.
Described as “a fixer” and marketed as-is, the property is ripe for a remodel. We hope the busy actor is up to it.
Middleditch, 33, has headed the cast of the comedy series since it began last year. He also does voice work for the animated adventure series “Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero.”

The actor has appeared in numerous shows and films including “The Wolf of Wall Street” (2013) and will star in next year’s comic movie “Joshy.”
Peter Lavin of Links Real Estate was the listing agent. Peter Reyes of Keller Williams represented Middleditch.
