‘Veep’ actress Andrea Savage sells Sherman Oaks showplace
Actress-writer Andrea Savage, who plays a senator this year on“Veep,” has sold her Sherman Oaks home for close to $2.95 million.
Set behind gates, the decked-out Mediterranean-style two-story was custom-built in 2002. She bought the property six years ago for $2.415 million.
The half-acre compound includes a swimming pool with a spa, mature trees, lawn and deck. The party-worthy home seems perfect for “The Hotwives” parody series star.
The nearly 5,900 square feet of living space looks designer done in the listing photos. There’s a two-story living room, a great room, an office, a gym, seven bedrooms and 6.5 bathrooms. A corner window in the master bathroom takes in sweeping canyon and city light views.
A three-car garage sits off the central motor court.
Savage, 43, has been in the series “Episodes” and “iZombie.” She is the creator and writer of the upcoming TV movie “I’m Sorry.”
Jason Villard of Keller Williams Studio City was the listing agent.
