The search for a woman whose vehicle was found covered in snow in San Bernardino County continued Wednesday as officials vowed to continue in the morning.

Lisa Ann Cimbaluk, 35, was reported missing Dec. 30 by her family, who last saw her the day before at her home in Irvine, according to the Irvine Police Department.

Her snow-covered car was found Sunday in Big Bear at the Woodland Trailhead in Fawnskin, where search efforts have centered.

Since Monday, between 25 and 60 people have fanned out in the area where the car was found, picking up clothing and trash, according to a statement from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.

Investigators are combing through the objects to determine if any of the items belong to Cimbaluk.

Search and rescue personnel from Los Angeles, Orange, Kern and Riverside counties are assisting the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, which is also relying on helicopter crews to survey the area.
