Man faces charges after allegedly stabbing relative who pooped on his lawn, Stockton police say
A Stockton man is facing charges in connection with stabbing a family member with kitchen knife after the victim allegedly defecated on his lawn, authorities said.
Lonale Shaw, 18, was charged Wednesday with assault with a deadly weapon, according to San Joaquin County jail records. He is being held on $250,000 bail.
The victim, an adult male, had apparently defecated on Shaw’s lawn in the 2000 block of Superior Street on Sunday, according to the Stockton Police Department.

That’s when Shaw retrieved a large kitchen knife and chased the victim while violently swinging the knife, police said.
“The victim fell while being chased and the suspect jumped on top of him and began stabbing him with the knife, causing lacerations to the victim’s head,” the police department said.
As the two men struggled on the ground, Shaw dropped the knife and the victim quickly grabbed it and stabbed Shaw in the neck.
When officers arrived at Shaw’s home, they found both men had been stabbed.
Police arrested Shaw and seized the knife.
