El Coyote margarita recipe
If you’re looking to celebrate National Margarita Day, you’ll need a recipe for a classic margarita. Here’s how to make a margarita from Los Angeles institution El Coyote, with just a hint of pineapple.
EL COYOTE MARGARITA
Serves: 1
Ingredients:
1 1/2 ounces tequila
1/2 ounce triple sec
1 ounce sweet-sour bar mix
1/2 ounce pineapple juice
1/2 ounce lemon juice
1/4 egg white, if desired
Salt to rim the glass
Directions: Rub the rim of a glass with lemon peel, and dip the moistened rim in salt. Blend in a blender until frothy. Serve immediately.
