Report: ‘Full House’ alum Mary-Kate Olsen engaged
Mary-Kate Olsen may soon be a married lady: The fashion designer is reportedly engaged to businessman Olivier Sarkozy.
News of the engagement broke Friday, with Us Weekly exclusively reporting that the “Full House” alum was headed down the aisle with the French banker. Sarkozy happens to be the half-brother of former French President Nicolas Sarkozy and, at 44, is much older than the 27-year-old.
Olsen, who rose to fame as a child actress with twin sister Ashley thanks to the wholesome 1990s sitcom, has been dating Sarkozy since 2012. The couple live together in a $6.25-million townhouse in the Big Apple, according to the mag.

The two have also been frequently spotted together packing in the PDA at various sporting events despite the Olsen twins keeping fiercely private personal lives.
Engagement rumors have been swirling around the couple for weeks since the “Beastly” actress was reportedly spotted with a conspicuous ring on her ring finger. The reports were promptly shot down by Gossip Cop in late January.
It will be the first marriage for the Row designer and the second for Sarkozy. The banker was previously married to Charlotte Bernard for 14 years before they split in 2011. The pair have two children together: Julien, 12, and Margo, 10.
