Kim Kardashian is pregnant again, expecting baby No. 2 with Kanye West

Yeezus, they’re multiplying! Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting their second child -- a child the Internet has already dubbed “South West.”

The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” starlet, 34, and the Grammy-winning rapper, 37, revealed the pregnancy news in a clip after Sunday’s episode of her E! reality series. The teaser showed her telling her younger sister Khloe Kardashian that a blood test confirmed she was expecting again.

After that, the cable network sent a congratulatory tweet to the couple, and Kardashian momager Kris Jenner also took to social media to celebrate the news of her fifth grandchild.

“Congratulations!!!!!!!!!! Can’t wait to meet your new little love bug!!!!! Sooooo happy for you guys!!!!!!!!!!” Jenner, 59, wrote, posting a snapshot of West kissing her daughter’s cheek.

Kardashian welcomed daughter North West in June 2013 after a difficult pregnancy. The child’s name caused a media uproar -- one that can easily be re-created if they did indeed name their secondborn South.

The social-media savvy star has been forthright about her fertility struggles on her show. They even opened the season with the revelation that she and West were having sex “500 times a day” to get her pregnant again. (Exaggerations are this family’s forte.)

The former sex tape star, who parlayed her fame into a media empire, also said that she had tried in vitro fertilization but it failed. Just last week, rumors circulated that the couple had been exploring use of a surrogate, but her rep shut down those reports.

Kardashian and West lavishly exchanged vows on May 24, 2014, in Florence, Italy -- the place Kardashian previously revealed that daughter North was conceived.

Leading up to the high-profile nuptials, the couple spent some time in Paris with their family and held their rehearsal dinner at the baroque Palace of Versailles.
