Kim Kardashian dispels Versailles wedding rumor, talks mom, Khloe
Kim Kardashian stopped by Jimmy Kimmel’s show Thursday night to set the record straight about the comings and goings of her sizable clan, as a family member is wont to do every time a new season of the reality show “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” goes back on the air.
Wearing a pink Dior skirt and crop top (that was once a dress), the curvaceous reality starlet discussed her recent trip to Paris for Couture Week with her fiance, rapper Kanye West, and the wedding-planning rumors that cropped up when the pair took a tour of the befittingly baroque Palace of Versailles.
“We took a private tour,” the 33-year-old told Kimmel, who recently settled his own “rap feud” with West. “Him and I have never been there so we just wanted a tour and everyone thought we were picking that as our wedding place and all of that. No, we were just taking a tour.”

“But we will be getting married this summer, hopefully in Paris, we love it there,” she added. “It’s like our second home. We spend so much time there, we have an apartment there.”
Despite Kimmel’s prodding, Kardashian wouldn’t share her venue location nor the wedding date lest it turn into the circus that was her televised second marriage to basketball player Kris Humphries. And we all know how that ended ...
The Kardashian Kollection designer said she and her fashion-forward beau are both interested in the wedding-planning process.
“Kanye really cares and he’s really passionate about it and it makes my job really easy. But I love it. He knows what he wants and I love that about him.” (The Grammy-winner previously said that he wanted fighter jets at their nuptials. Bible.)

The new mom said, again, that she plans to take her enigmatic fiance’s last name, becoming Kim Kardashian West.
The reality star also addressed her mother Kris Jenner’s split from husband of more than two decades, Bruce Jenner, and the Olympic gold medalist’s decision to move out of the family’s Hidden Hills home. The split was chronicled in the Season 9 premiere of the show, which aired this week. (Kardashian and West are currently living at her mom’s house with their baby, North. Indeed, this is what happens when you live your life under the highly focused lens of reality TV.)
“They have kind of been living like friends for a really long time. ... I think it was more awkward for them to live together without sleeping in the same room,” Kardashian said. “I think the space away has gotten them back to that really good friend place and they just realized they’re better as friends, so I think they’re just really mature about it.”
She added that she supports their decision to separate. The Jenners have not filed for divorce.
As for her sister Khloe, Kardashian aimed to smooth over the rough patch her sister went through as she and estranged husband Lamar Odom decided to split. Khloe reportedly filed for divorce from the NBA star Odom in December after a series of drug and infidelity rumors went public. But it turns out their four-year marriage had been on the rocks for much longer, including the times Khloe supposedly tried to get pregnant that were featured on the reality series.
“I think it’s more understandable because for so long, everyone in our family was feeling really sad for Khloe, thinking that she wasn’t getting pregnant, and everyone around her was,” Kardashian said. “And the whole time, she wasn’t trying to and she was not showing up to these doctors appointments behind our back on purpose. She knew it wasn’t right and she knew she wasn’t ready, so now we understand it and we understand her decisions and it’s very clear.”
“When you have a really good support system it can be easier,” Kardashian said.
