Khloe Kardashian reportedly buys Justin Bieber’s party house

Exit Justin Bieber, enter Khloe Kardashian: The reality-TV star has purchased Justin Bieber’s Calabasas home, according to reports out Thursday.

Word that the youngest Kardashian sister had purchased the 10,000-square-foot mansion came first from Us Weekly, citing “multiple sources” as confirming the deal.

Kardashian just sold the Tarzana pad she’d shared with estranged husband Lamar Odom to “Big Bang Theory” star Kaley Cuoco and her new husband, tennis player Ryan Sweeting. Bieber put his house in the Oaks gated community on the market after experiencing a police raid related to allegations that he’d vandalized his neighbor’s place by egging it to the tune of $20,000 damage.

Bieber has hightailed it to Atlanta, where he’s hanging with buddies in the hip-hop community and renting a modern joint for three months from record producer Dallas Austin. Fans have apparently found him down south: On Wednesday evening cops were called regarding a 22-year-old woman who was found sleeping in one of the home’s bedrooms. She told authorities that she’d come for Justin’s birthday party and, despite his being elsewhere, found an open door and let herself in. She was arrested on suspicion of criminal trespass and taken away in cuffs, according to TMZ.

(There was in fact a Bieber birthday party going on recently — he turned 20 on March 1 — but it was reportedly held at a secluded resort in the Bahamas.)

Khloe won’t have to go far to borrow a cup of sugar from a friendly neighbor either, ‘cause back in January older sis Kourtney Kardashian bought a place in the same gated community. Kourtney and boyfriend Scott Disick dropped $8.495 million for their new six-bedroom house, while Khloe paid a reported $7.2 million for Bieber’s mansion, leaving him with a healthy profit after buying the home in 2012 for $6.5 million.

Kourtney’s place has a famous pedigree as well, having previously housed NFL and USC star Keyshawn Johnson, who was stoked when his pop-star neighbor got arrested in Miami in January on suspicion of DUI, resisting arrest and driving without a valid license.

Johnson’s the guy who, having no love for Bieber’s driving habits in and around the Oaks neighborhood, got in his Prius and pursued the Biebs’ Ferrari to the singer’s home and tried to confront him about speeding through streets where kids live. Bieber famously turned tail and ran inside rather than face Johnson’s lecture, TMZ reported.
