Josh Brolin, Diane Lane split up after eight years
Josh Brolin and Diane Lane are splitting up after more than eight years of marriage.
The actors have called it quits, though it was unclear if they have officially filed for divorce.
“Diane Lane and Josh Brolin have decided to end their marriage,” their reps first told Us Weekly. The news was also confirmed by the Associated Press.
The “Gangster Squad” star and “Cinema Verite” actress married in 2004 and took a break a few months after they were wed when Brolin was arrested for spousal battery, TMZ reports. This is the second divorce for each of them.

“It was a mutual decision. It is very amicable. It’s not ugly, it’s just over,” a source said.
The A-listers, constantly photographed together on the red carpet, have no children together.
From 1988 to 1994, Brolin, 45, was married to actress Alice Adair, with whom he had two children. Lane, 48, was married to actor Christopher Lambert, with whom she has a daughter. They also divorced in 1994.
Lane was Oscar-nominated for best actress for her 2002 film “Unfaithful” and will next appear in the Superman film “Man of Steel,” starring Henry Cavill. As for Brolin, the “True Grit” star was nominated for a supporting-actor Oscar his role in “Milk.” He’ll next appear in the drama titled “Labor Day” with Kate Winslet.
