Alec Baldwin and his wife, Hilaria, are having a baby!
The “30 Rock” star, 54, married his yoga-instructor sweetheart June 30 in New York and they are now expecting a new bundle of joy.
The news was announced on “Extra,” on which the 28-year-old serves as a special correspondent.

“We’re having a baby,” she said sitting next to Baldwin. “It was a surprise, a wonderful surprise.” Watch the announcement below.
“There’s a scream I heard, which is a scream normally reserved if there’s a spider in the house, not exaggerating,” Baldwin said when his wife first heard the news. “Normally, I will be reading a book. We’re in the country, it’s quiet, some time to really relax and unwind, and sometimes, once a month, you hear ‘Ahhh, Alec, Alec!’ I come upstairs, and there’s a spider on the wall. So then I hear that scream again, but it was not a spider.”
“It was followed by ‘I’m pregnant, I’m pregnant!’” she said. “He runs up the stairs and I’m holding it [the test] and showing it to him.”
“It really is the most amazing thing. I’m lucky,” Baldwin added.
The baby is due in the summer and will be her first child and Baldwin’s second. The actor has a 17-year-old daughter named Ireland from his previous marriage to Oscar-winning actress Kim Basinger.
Baldwin recently picked up a Screen Actors Guild award for his role as Jack Donaghy on the just-wrapped NBC comedy. Earlier this month, his “30 Rock” costar Tracy Morgan announced that he would be having his fourth child.
