Adele still mum about baby name, but perhaps her new tattoo isn’t
Adele admits that having a baby has kept her “out of the loop,” but the Grammy-winning songstress is working hard to keep baby watchers out of her loop.
The “Set Fire to the Rain” singer, who gave birth in October, won’t reveal the name of her newborn son with boyfriend Simon Konecki. But a tattoo of an “A” spotted on her neck at the Grammy awards has speculators wondering if she got the ink for her her baby boy.
Some believe that the A stands for Angelo, which was written on a necklace the new mom was wearing a few weeks ago. But, it could also stand for Adele, you know.

“I am not sharing his name at the moment. It is very personal to me,” the 24-year-old told reporters at the Golden Globes in January. “I am enjoying him on my own.”
And judging from those surprised looks on her face when accepting her awards this season, the new mom is unapologetic about keeping up her new routine.
“It really is an honor to be back at the Grammys, thanks for having me,” she said while presenting a Grammy to Mumford & Sons and poking fun at herself. “Now most artists who win album of the year tend to to go on to have even more phenomenal global success, embark on humongous tours or get knocked up like last year’s winner.”
But when asked about her baby boy backstage, she seemed content with her out-of-the-cool-crowd status.
“I’m having lots of meetings since I’ve been in L.A. But I’ve been out of the loop really, just singing my baby nursery rhymes. I’m definitely going to visit Paul Epworth,” she said backstage at the Grammy Awards show.
“So I don’t really know what’s cool or what’s not,” she added.
By the way, Adele took home the Grammy for pop solo performance for “Set Fire to the Rain” Sunday and was presented the award by a thigh-baring Jennifer Lopez, who shooed a Ukranian TV prankster offstage while he was trying to intercept the award. He was later arrested and jailed for trespassing, according to the Daily Mail.
