Actress Rolonda Watts looks to shed her 1920s spot in Hollywood Hills
Actress Rolonda Watts, who hosted her own talk show, “Rolonda,” in the ’90s, is seeking $1,777,777 for her three-bedroom house in Hollywood Hills.
The 1920s home is entered through a gated courtyard complete with a fire pit and fountain.
High ceilings and hardwood floors highlight the 2,332-square-foot floor plan, which includes a living room, dining area and spacious kitchen. Three sets of French doors open to a back patio.
Downstairs, a brick wall feature gives flair to the master suite, which features a dual-sided fireplace and three custom closets. Two sets of sliding-glass doors, one in the bedroom and one in the bathroom, open to a private balcony.
Views take in the canyon and the landmark Hollywood Sign.
Watts paid $1.7 million for the home in 2007, according to public records.
Richard Casillas of Sotheby’s International Realty is the listing agent.
Watts, 58, was a journalist in North Carolina before pursuing an acting career. Her two decades in the industry have seen her in shows such as “Days of Our Lives,” “The Bold and the Beautiful” and “Sister, Sister.”
