Former MLB closer Robb Nen hopes to strike a deal for Lake Havasu retreat
Former San Francisco Giants reliever Robb Nen, who earned three All-Star nods during his time with the team, is ready to close a deal for his Lake Havasu, Ariz., home. He’s put the three-bedroom spread back on the market for $1,174,900.
Built in 2005, the house sits on a quarter-acre lot in the gated Refuge community that overlooks the golf course. A tan color palette covers the house both inside and out, matching the hues of Arizona’s desert landscape.
The open floor plan connects the kitchen to the living room, which is equipped with a wet bar. The 4,487-square-foot interior also holds a family room, dining area, theater and 2.5 bathrooms.
Outside, a covered patio opens to an infinity-edge swimming pool and spa with ambient lighting. A grill, courtyard and a guesthouse complete the lot.
Bobby and Julie Lewis of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage hold the listing.
Nen, 48, played for the Rangers, Marlins and Giants during his career, winning a World Series title with the Marlins in 1997. At 314 saves, he ranks 21st on the all-time saves list.
