One by one, members of LeBron James’ inner circle are joining the NBA superstar out west.

Rich Paul, a longtime friend and agent to the three-time NBA most valuable player, has bought a newly built home in the Beverly Grove area of Los Angeles for $3 million. The purchase comes roughly 10 months after James bought a $21-million home in Brentwood and his business manager, Maverick Carter, bought a $3.47-million home in the Hollywood Hills.

Sitting along a tree-lined street near the Melrose district, the 3,914-square-foot house has a polished look with ceramic tile and hardwood floors, bi-folding doors and vaulted ceilings with recessed lighting. In the front entry, a towering wall of windows underscores a floating glass-and-steel staircase.

Other common areas include formal living and dining rooms, a chef’s kitchen with custom Italian cabinetry, a family room with a fireplace feature and an office/den. The master suite, among the five bedrooms and six bathrooms, has a walk-in closet and sliding glass doors that open to a balcony overlooking the backyard. Another bedroom opens to a front-facing terrace.

Outdoors, there’s a covered living room with a wall fireplace, a dining area and a swimming pool and spa. Another courtyard/patio sits off the entrance to the home.

The house came on the market in May for $3.25 million and was more recently priced at $2.999 million, records show.

Zack Blum of New Vision R.E. & Investments was the listing agent. Jaime Cuevas of Compass represented the buyer.

The 34-year-old Paul broke into the sports representation business working under James’ first agent, Leon Rose at Creative Artists Agency. In 2012, he left CAA to form Klutch Sports, with James being among the first to join the newly formed agency.

His other clients include such talents as Eric Bledsoe and John Wall as well as 2016 No.1 pick Ben Simmons.
