Actress and singer-songwriter Mandy Moore has sold her Los Feliz home of more than a decade for $2.95 million.

The Mediterranean-style house, built in 1927, sits behind antique iron gates and is reached through a front courtyard. Renovated during Moore’s ownership, the approximately 4,700-square-foot house features magnesite stairs, beamed ceilings and hardwood floors with a decorative inlay. A separate reading/sitting room features rolled ceilings decorated with ornate beading.

A formal entry, a step-down living room with a tiled fireplace, a dining room and a chef’s kitchen with butcher-block counters are among the other common rooms. The master suite takes in a view of the verdant grounds from a private balcony. In all, there are five bedrooms and five bathrooms.

Outdoors, the tiered setting has wooden stairs that lead through various gardens, sitting areas and a citrus grove. A flagstone patio sits off the living room and is shaded by a mature tree.

Moore bought the gated Mediterranean in late 2002 for $1.725 million, records show. It was most recently listed for $3.099 million.

The 32-year-old Moore gained fame in the late 1990s with her debut album, “So Real,” which spawned the hit single “Candy.” She has released six studio albums, most recently “Amanda Leigh” in 2009.

As an actress, she has credits that include “Dr. Dolittle 2” (2001), “A Walk to Remember” (2002) and “Love, Wedding, Marriage” (2011). She has a lead role in the upcoming shark thriller “47 Meters Down.”
