Actors Jesse Metcalfe and Cara Santana buy in Hollywood Hills
Jesse Metcalfe, who starred in the next-generation series “Dallas,” and actress Cara Santana have bought a house in Hollywood Hills West for $2.975 million.
The Traditional-style house is set behind gates above Sunset Strip. Built in 1938, the home has 3,457 square feet of updated interiors that include a remodeled kitchen, a media room, four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and a powder room.
A swimming pool with a spa, a fire pit and an outdoor kitchen complete the grounds, which are surrounded by tall privacy hedges.
Metcalfe, 36, was on the NBC soap opera “Passions” in the late 1990s, “Desperate Housewives” from 2004 to 2009 and starred in the series “Dallas” from 2012 to 2014.
He starred this year in the zombie flick “Dead Rising: Watchtower” and the TV movie “Country Wedding.” He’ll also star in the coming movie “Destined.”

Santana, 31, has appeared this year in the series “Salem” and starred on the dramatic series “DialStar” in 2010.
Craig White of Rodeo Realty was the listing agent. Matthew J. Altman and Josh Altman, the Altman Brothers at Douglas Elliman, represented Metcalfe and Santana.
Metcalfe and Santana sold another house in Hollywood Hills West this spring for $1.95 million.
