Actors Jason Biggs and Jenny Mollen close the door on charming home in the 90210 ZIP Code
Actor Jason Biggs of “Orange Is the New Black” and his wife, actress-author Jenny Mollen, have sold their home in the Beverly Hills Post Office area for $4.5 million, public records show.
That’s just a titch or two under the $4.795 million they were asking when the Hacienda-style house went on the market two months ago.
The 2.5-acre gated estate contains a single-story house main house built in 1954, a guesthouse, lush landscaping, a tennis court and a swimming pool.
Exposed beams, interior arches, a window seat, vaulted wood ceilings, walls of bookshelves and French doors are among details in the 3,533 square feet of living space.
Including the guesthouse there are five bedrooms, four full bathrooms and a powder room.
Biggs, 37, was in the “American Pie” films and voiced Leonardo on the animated series “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” from 2012 to 2014. He’ll star in the upcoming comic film “Drive, She Said.”
Mollen, 36, has been on the series “Girls” (2014), “Crash” (2009) and “Angel” (2003-04). She will also be in “Drive, She Said.”
They bought the property in 2013 for $3.9 million.
Rory Barish of Keller Williams was the listing agent. Justin Mandile of The Agency represented the buyer.
Biggs and Mollen recently sold another house above the Sunset Strip in Hollywood Hills West for $2.565 million.
