Lakers great James Worthy asking $2.195 million for Westside home
Hall of Fame basketball player James Worthy has put a home in Bel-Air on the market for $2.195 million.
Worthy, who owns other property on the Westside, bought the house in 1997 for $945,000, property records show.
The two-story home in guard-gated Bel-Air Crest was built in 1990 and has cathedral-style ceilings, wood and tile floors and fireplaces in the living and family rooms.
Some 3,900 square feet of interiors includes an eat-in kitchen, a formal dining room, a wet bar and a media/game room. The master suite features dual vanities and a soaking tub for a total of four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.
French doors off of the main floor open to a small paver patio.
