FOR THE RECORD
Sept. 29, 11:26 a.m.: An earlier version of this article incorrectly stated that the compound cost $1.8 million a decade ago. That price was for an additional vacant lot. The bulk of the property and the structures were purchased the same year for $9.85 million.

Set on a knoll, the two-story European-style main house features walls of glass, plank wood floors, an Italian farmhouse-inspired kitchen and three bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Views take in the cityscape.
A detached slate-roof guesthouse features another kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. There’s also a stone-clad structure with space for a wine tasting room and cellar.
An outdoor patio sits beside a lagoon-style pool, spa and waterfall. Stone paths connect the buildings.
Cruise paid $11.65 million for the property a decade ago, public records show.
Michael Eisenberg of Keller Williams was the listing agent. Jan Horn of Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty represented the buyer.
