Utah Jazz forward Gordon Hayward buys a gated estate in Rancho Santa Fe
Pro basketball player Gordon Hayward, who plays for the Utah Jazz, has purchased a tennis court estate in Rancho Santa Fe for $3.35 million.
Set on more than two acres in gated Fairbanks Ranch, the home centers on Spanish-style main house with six bedrooms and eight bathrooms in 7,550 square feet. A detached pool/guest house, separate maid’s quarters, lighted tennis court, swimming pool and spa are within the landscaped grounds.
Two floors of living include a rotunda entry that opens to a formal living room with barrel-rolled ceilings and a tiled fireplace. A center-island kitchen, dining room and den/office are among the other common areas.
Centering on mountain views, the second-floor master suite sports his and hers bathrooms and dressing rooms.
Glass doors open to a trellis-topped patio with an outdoor living room, a summer kitchen and a fireplace. Elsewhere is a four-car garage.
