Hugh Hefner’s widow seeks $7.2 million for Hollywood Hills West home
Model Crystal Hefner, the widow of late Playboy founder Hugh Hefner, has put her home in Hollywood Hills West on the market for $7.2 million.
Built in 2011, the contemporary-style home features sliding glass walls, multiple terraces and a floating-style staircase in the entry.
A mix of white oak, Brazilian walnut and caesarstone tile line the floors. The walls are done in Jerusalem stone. In the master bathroom, a backsplash of copper surrounds a wide mirror.
The nearly 6,000 square feet of living space includes an open-plan living room and dining area that flows into the family room. A writer’s nook/office adjoins the living room, which features a freestanding fireplace feature. A home theater, a game/entertainment area, four bedrooms and five bathrooms complete the floor plan.
A white-glass infinity pool and spa sit in the backyard. The three-story home sits on a hillside lot of the more than half an acre.
Hefner, 31, is a former Playboy Playmate. She married the magazine publisher and Playboy Enterprises founder in 2012. She was Hefner’s third wife.
Hef bought the gated house for her in 2013 for $4.995 million, and the property was transferred to a trust in her name following the mogul’s passing last year, records show.
Chana Gedy of LB Property Management holds the listing.
