‘Snowfall’ producer Dave Andron pays full price for a new construction in Venice
Producer and writer Dave Andron, whose credits include the shows “Justified” and “Snowfall,” has found his latest star: a newly constructed contemporary pad in Venice.
The three-bedroom spot hit the market in July for $1.985 million, records show. Andron paid the asking price.
The wood-accented façade carries over into the living spaces, where hardwood floors, stairs and cabinetry highlight the 2,420-square-foot open floor plan. High ceilings and large windows brighten the first floor, which holds a living room and center-island kitchen connected by a dining area.
The second story is anchored by a loft space, and the level also holds an office and master suite equipped with a spacious tiled bathroom. A balcony looks out onto an outdoor patio area lined with shrubs.
Maggie and Andrew Gulyas of Premier West Group were the listing agents. Beatrice de Jong of Open Listings Co. represented Andron.
In addition to “Justified” and “Snowfall,” Andron also produced and wrote for “Knight Rider” and “Past Life,” which starred Kelli Giddish and Nic Bishop.
