Actor Ben Feldman takes over comic Joel McHale’s home projects in Los Feliz
Turns out that actor Ben Feldman was the buyer of comedian Joel McHale’s Los Feliz home, which sold recently for $2.55 million.
The 1940s traditional two-story sits behind hedges and gates on a cul-de-sac. A brick walkway leads to the red front door.
Inside, renovated interiors of nearly 3,500 square feet include family and dining rooms, an office, a den, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The living room windows take in canyon views.
The one-third-acre lot contains a blue-tiled patio with an outdoor fireplace and access to hiking trails.
Feldman, 36, is on the series “Superstore” and “Silicon Valley.” McHale, who hosted the pop culture show “The Soup” from 2004 until last year, bought the property nine years ago for $1.88 million.
Caroline Berkman Lewis of Partners Trust was the listing agent. Patricia Ruben of Sotheby’s International Realty represented Feldman.
