Andy Roddick and Brooklyn Decker list Cheviot Hills contemporary
Former top-ranked men’s tennis player Andy Roddick and his wife, actress-model Brooklyn Decker, have put their home in Cheviot Hills on the market for $3.395 million.
Built in 2007, the walled and gated contemporary has an industrial vibe with floor-to-ceiling glass, steel beam accents and dark wood floors.
Some 4,900 square feet of open space includes living and dining rooms, a center-island kitchen, an office and a third-floor bonus area that opens to a rooftop deck. There are five bedrooms and five bathrooms, including an updated master suite complete with walk-in closet, soaking tub and glass-enclosed shower.
An elevator services each of the home’s three floors.
Roddick and Decker, who own another property in Texas, bought the house in 2013 for $2,792,500, records show.
