Comic Adam Carolla puts La Cañada Flintridge hacienda on the market
Funnyman Adam Carolla and his wife, Lynette Paradise, have listed a vintage home in La Cañada Flintridge for sale at $3.495 million.
The Spanish hacienda-style house, built in 1921, sits on a half-acre lot with mature trees. The front veranda looks out on the expansive lawn. The back yard was replaced with artificial turf to conserve water.
A Batchelder-tile fireplace, beamed ceilings, original hardware and wood and terracotta tile floors are among period details that attracted the couple to the house.
The 4,000 square feet of living space include an open-beam living room, a formal dining room, four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
A saltwater pool and spa and a basketball court complete the grounds.
There’s a three-car garage.
