This might be Maui’s perfect way to propose. It costs $20,000, and that doesn’t include a ring.
No one can guarantee what your lover will say when you pop the question, but one Maui luxury hotel can help you hedge your bets with a stay starting at $20,000.
The Montage Kapalua Bay launched a Love Is in the Air engagement package to create the ultimate romantic moment at the 24-acre resort. And what better place than Maui’s amazing shoreline?
Start out by spending three nights in the hotel’s Premier Ocean View Penthouse, which has four bedrooms and beach access.
Then set a time (likely sunset?) to ask the big question. Couples follow a path of rose petals to the stunning overlook at the resort’s historic Cliff House. A musician performs during your proposal, followed up by a Champagne toast.
When the answer is yes, it’s time to pick a ring. Guests are whisked to Oahu by Blue Hawaiian Helicopters. Once there, the couples may enjoy a private consultation at a Harry Winston jewelry store before flying back to Maui.
(The price of the ring and any other jewelry is not included in the price.)
Other romanic touches include daily breakfast and dinner at Cane & Canoe, spa time together and a one-hour engagement photo session with Pacific Dream Photography.
