Don’t worry about packing on pounds on Hungry Girl’s cruise to the Caribbean
Cruising is the downfall of many a dieter, but it doesn’t have to be. Now there’s the Hungry Girl cruise, led by Hungry Girl creator Lisa Lillien aboard Holland America’s Eurodam.
Cruise participants learn how to enjoy their vacations without packing on the pounds, make smart food choices wherever they travel and share calorie-saving tips and recipes.
Also included are morning poolside workouts, deck walking, Hungry Girl gifts and a book signing, among other activities.
The cruise departs from Fort Lauderdale, Fla. Port calls include Grand Turk, Turks & Caicos; San Juan, Puerto Rico; St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands; and Half Moon Cay, Bahamas.
Dates: Jan. 28-Feb. 4
Price: From $1,228 per person, double occupancy, depending on the cabin. Includes all meals, except in reservation-only restaurants; most entertainment and activities; and the full Hungry Girl program. Does not include airfare to Fort Lauderdale, shore excursions, taxes, port fees and gratuities
