Photos: 4 baby tigers make their Las Vegas debut at Siegfried & Roy’s
Cuteness alert! Four tiger cubs made their first appearance in Las Vegas at noon last Saturday at Siegfried & Roy’s Secret Garden and Dolphin Habitat at the Mirage Hotel & Casino.
Visitors will be able to see the babies in a specially designed nursery from approximately 1-4 p.m. each day starting Saturday. These cubs are the first to be displayed at the Mirage animal site in five years, according to a statement.
And the baby tigers, deemed “ambassadors of conservation” for Siegfried & Roy’s SARMOTI Foundation, are all different colors too.
Liberty is an all-white female; Maharani, a white female with stripes; Hirah, a striped golden female; and Justice, a light golden-colored male.
You can follow cub updates on Twitter and Instagram at @SARMOTIcubs and on Facebook.
Tickets cost $19.95 for adults and $14.95 for children 4 to 12 years old.
The habitat carries the name of Siegfried Fischbacher and Roy Horn, the duo who performed a flashy and successful show for 13 years until Horn was attacked by one of the tigers in 2003. Horn survived, but the show came to an end.
