USC football: Trojans ranked 15th in coaches preseason poll
USC is ranked No. 15 in the coaches preseason college football poll administered by USA Today.
The Trojans, under first-year Coach Steve Sarkisian, are one of six Pac-12 Conference teams ranked in the poll.
Oregon is fourth, UCLA seventh, Stanford 11th, Arizona State 18th and Washington 25th.
Florida State was No. 1, followed by Alabama and Oklahoma.
USC opens its season Aug. 30 against Fresno State before traveling to Stanford for its conference opener.
The Trojans start training camp Monday.
USC finished 10-4 last season despite the tumult that surrounded the firing of former coach Lane Kiffin.
