Court artist tries sketching Tom Brady again -- and nails it

Tom Brady and Roger Goodell weren't the only ones back in a New York federal courtroom Monday for yet another Deflategate hearing.

So was courtroom artist Jane Rosenberg, whose first attempt at sketching the famously handsome quarterback of the New England Patriots quarterback a couple weeks ago didn't go so well.

Remember this?

That widely mocked drawing still haunts Rosenberg, who was back on duty Monday when Brady and the NFL commissioner appeared in front of U.S. District Judge Richard Berman after attempts to settle their case concerning the football star's four-game suspension failed.

"It’s a nightmare for me,” Rosenberg told the New York Daily News in an interview published Sunday. “I hope this thing gets settled and is over with.”

Rosenberg prepared herself by creating another portrait of Brady, and this time she captured his rugged good looks and overall likeness quite well.

“I still found him very hard to draw — from a photo as well,” she said of the second sketch. “Something subtle goes on with his eyes. He has a big chin with a cleft in it.”

And so even after nailing her practice drawing, Rosenberg was dealing with a lot of nerves going into the latest hearing.

“There’s a lot of pressure on me. A lot of eyeballs on me," she said. "I just hope my hands can move, period.  ... I still might blow it; anything could happen.”

After Monday morning's hearing, Rosenberg revealed her latest courtroom drawing of Brady, which fell somewhere in between the first attempt and the practice portrait:

Rosenberg told TMZ Sports she "had very little time" to create the second drawing and to do so from a distance, calling the setup a "court artist's nightmare."
