Watch Ronda Rousey use armbar on Jimmy Fallon [Video]

Ronda Rousey is a tough woman.

And Jimmy Fallon is a brave man.

The UFC superstar visited NBC’s “The Tonight Show” on Tuesday night, and the host asked her to demonstrate her signature armbar on him.

The same move she recently used to beat Cat Zingano by submission in just 14 seconds.

And Fallon let her do the move, even after she described how it works like this:

“So you have a person’s arm. And your arm doesn’t go beyond 180 degrees, right? And it doesn’t take a lot of pressure, you just push it right at the elbow.”

Fallon submitted (using the safe word “Rumpelstiltskin,” naturally) after almost six seconds.

“That was scary,” he said. “That was like putting your head in a lion’s mouth.”

Rousey is scheduled to fight Bethe Correia at UFC 190 on Aug. 1.
