It appears the most famous couple in sports -- Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn and golfing great Tiger Woods -- are no longer together.

Vonn announced Sunday on her Facebook page that she is no longer dating Woods.

“After nearly three years together, Tiger and I have mutually decided to end our relationship,” Vonn wrote. “I will always cherish the memories that we’ve created together. Unfortunately, we both lead incredibly hectic lives that force us to spend a majority of our time apart.

“I will always admire and respect Tiger,” Vonn continued. “He and his beautiful family will always hold a special place in my heart.”

Woods shared a similar message on his website. “I have great admiration, respect and love for Lindsey and I’ll always cherish our time together,” he wrote. “She has been amazing with [Woods’ children] Sam and Charlie and my entire family.”

Less than a month ago, Vonn accompanied Woods’ children as they caddied for him during the Par 3 contest at Augusta National Golf Club a day before the Masters.

Two weeks after watching Woods at the Masters, Vonn humorously admitted to not watching golf while appearing on “Late Night With Seth Myers.”

Woods visited Vonn when she broke the record for career World Cup wins in Italy in January.

Woods announced in March 2013 that he was dating Vonn.
