Knicks alter lineup and beat Mavericks

Carmelo Anthony and Kristaps Porzingis each scored 24 points Monday night, and a halftime lineup change sparked the New York Knicks to a 93-77 win over the visiting Dallas Mavericks.

The Knicks benched Joakim Noah, started guard Justin Holiday and moved Porzingis to center in a small lineup. They responded with 31 points in the third quarter after scoring 36 in the first half.

at Indiana 88, Orlando 69: C.J. Miles scored 16 points and the Pacers spoiled Magic Coach Frank Vogel’s return to Indiana.

at Detroit 104, Oklahoma City 88: Tobias Harris scored 22 points and the Pistons handed the Thunder a fourth loss in a row.

at New Orleans 106, Boston 105: Anthony Davis had 25 points and 16 rebounds and the Pelicans won for the second time in 11 games.

at San Antonio 94, Miami 90: Kawhi Leonard had 24 points and 12 rebounds for the Spurs.

at Houston 115, Philadelphia 88: James Harden scored 23 of his 33 points in the first quarter for the Rockets.

Memphis 102, at Utah 96: A late 9-2 surge clinched it for the Grizzlies, who got 22 points from Marc Gasol.
