Kobe Bryant, Pau Gasol and Steve Nash listed on NBA All-Star ballot
The NBA revealed the 2013-14 All-Star ballot on Friday in preparation for the Feb. 16 game in New Orleans.
The Lakers are represented by Kobe Bryant, Pau Gasol and Steve Nash.
Fans can vote once a day until balloting concludes Jan. 20. Voting can now be done on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, text message or online via NBA.com as well as the league’s Game Time app.
Tweets for a specific player must include the first and last name along with the hash tag #NBABallot.
The ballot includes 120 players (60 per conference), broken into two categories (frontcourt and backcourt).
The Clippers are represented by Chris Paul, J.J. Redick, Jamal Crawford, Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan.
Depending on the timing of Bryant’s return from an Achilles injury, he may struggle to garner enough votes to make the West’s starting five.
Nash (back) is injured and even though Gasol has rebounded well, his offensive numbers haven’t exactly screamed “All-Star.”
