Watch Xavier Henry’s monster dunk, best jam of the year so far?
In the third quarter of the Lakers’ game against the Pelicans on Tuesday evening, Xavier Henry made a monster dunk that is being talked about as one of the top jams of the season so far.
Henry pump-faked past the three-point line, then drove down the center of the lane to the basket. Pelicans rookie center Jeff Withey attempted to take a charge, but he was too far under the basket and instead ended up poster material as Henry elevated over him for the left-handed dunk.
The dunk was replayed twice on the giant screen at Staples Center, the crowd wildly cheering both times.
Henry finished with 15 points on six-for-eight shooting in the Lakers’ 116-95 win.
