Lakers said to be interested in free agent Xavier Henry
The Lakers have been linked to free agent guard/forward Xavier Henry, according to the Twitter feeds of two ESPN Los Angeles reporters.

The 6-foot-6 Henry, 22, was originally drafted by the Memphis Grizzlies in 2010 with the 12th overall pick. The Grizzlies traded Henry to the New Orleans Hornets (now Pelicans) in January 2012.
Henry has some shown some ability as a defender. Through three seasons he’s averaged 4.5 points a game on 40.3% shooting.
The Lakers currently have 13 players under contract including the partially guaranteed contracts of Elias Harris and Shawne Williams. The team is also expected to sign second-round draft pick Ryan Kelly (48th overall) before camp starts at the end of the month.
The team will carry between 13 and 15 players into the regular season but will bring between 16 and 20 players to training camp.
Other players linked to the Lakers include Marcus Landry, Nick Minnerath, Gary Forbes, Sebastian Telfair, Lou Amundson and Pete Mickeal.
