Tickets for Lakers-Warriors games in China set to go on sale Thursday
Tickets are set to go on sale on Thursday for the Lakers’ two exhibition games against the Golden State Warriors in China.
The two teams are to play in Beijing at the MasterCard Center on Oct. 15, followed by a rematch on Oct. 18 in Shanghai at the Mercedes-Benz Arena.
Ticket prices start at 200 renminbi -- about $33. For local Lakers fans, the tickets may not be too expensive but the trip to China may cost a pretty penny.

Including the Lakers’ and Warriors’ visit to China, the “NBA Global Games 2013” features a total of 12 NBA teams playing around the world, including in Spain, Turkey, Mexico, Brazil, Taipei and Britain.
Tickets can purchased through Damai.cn or through the Damai national call center (400-610-3721).
It’s unlikely Kobe Bryant will be ready to play in either of the exhibition game after tearing his Achilles’ tendon in April (against the Warriors).
His status for the Lakers’ season opener on Oct. 29 against the Clippers is also questionable.
