Jakob Poeltl had 29 points and 10 rebounds, Lorenzo Bonam had two key baskets early in overtime, and Utah defeated Washington, 80-75, Sunday night in a Pac-12 Conference game.

David Crisp’s three-point basket for Washington with 16.5 seconds left in regulation tied the score, 66-66, and forced the extra session.

Bonam scored on two drives early in overtime — the first a goaltending call — and Poeltl’s free throws with 53 seconds left gave the Utes a 75-73 lead. The Utes (15-5, 4-3 Pac-12) made seven of eight free throws in the final minute of overtime.
