Boys’ basketball: Showdown games on tap for Wednesday
I’m going to need to flip a coin to decide which game to cover on Wednesday. There’s too many good games.
There’s Damien (15-2) traveling to Chino Hills (12-3) in the Baseline League.
There’s Cathedral (13-3) facing Cantwell-Sacred Heart (11-7) in a Del Rey League game so big that it will be played at Rio Hondo College.
There’s Orange Lutheran (15-3) playing host to Santa Margarita (12-2) in a battle for second place in the Trinity League.
There’s University (13-7) trying to upset Fairfax (18-0) in the Western League at University.
In the Ocean League, Lawndale (11-6, 2-0) is at Beverly Hills (13-5, 2-0).
Does anyone have a helicopter for me to use for a couple of hours on Wednesday?
