Mike Judge’s movie “Office Space” was a cultural game-changer. But it’s his decade-old film of time-traveling social satire that’s achieved a cult-status revival in this election year: “Idiocracy.” The portmanteau title — “idiot” plus “democracy” — is a Twitter favorite, but as Judge tells it, it didn’t start out being political at all.
