Letters: Spiffing up Grand Central Market
Re “Carnitas or croissants?,” Column, Oct. 2
Who will shop at the revamped Grand Central Market downtown? I will.
I’ve lived half a block away for eight years; before the new stalls opened, I had shopped there twice. But recently, I’ve been there weekly. When more new stalls open, I’ll probably be there three times a
week.
That’s who will shop there: The affluent spender who lives downtown and wants quality over quantity.
